If you suffer from rheumatoid arthritis you are probably aware that the currently available treatments only partially control the disease. Scientists are working to develop new drugs that more effectively reduce inflammation and preserve bone and cartilage.
If you suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and:
- Are age 18 or older
- Have NOT taken a disease modifying treatment (DMT) such as MTX, leflunamide or sulfasalazine OR have been taking a DMT at a stable dose for at least 3 months
Please consider enrolling in this medical research study. If you qualify and choose to participate in this study you receive all study-related medical evaluations and monitoring by medical professionals and study drug at no cost. Compensation for time and travel is also provided. Clinvest is conducting this study in cooperation with rheumatologist, Dr. Anne Winkler.

Scientists now understand that chronic inflammation is a key factor in the development of blockages in the arteries leading to heart attacks. An investigational drug, administered by injection every 3 months, is being studied to see if it safely and effectively reduces inflammation.
If you suffered a heart attack more than 30 days ago and:
- Are age 18 or older
- Have no current plans to have heart bypass surgery, angioplasty or placement of a stent
- Have not had heart bypass surgery in the past 3 years
Please consider enrolling in this study. If you qualify and choose to participate in this medical research study you receive all study-related medical evaluations and monitoring by medical professionals and study drug at no cost. Compensation for time and travel is also provided.

Congestive heart failure is a health problem that is becoming increasingly more common. People who suffer from CHF often experience poor quality of life and frequent hospitalizations.
This study will test an investigational drug to see if it delays events such as hospitalization related to CHF.
Candidates must be:
- Age 18 or older
- Currently taking medications classified as AECIs or ARBC which are commonly used to treat CHF
If you qualify and choose to participate in this medical research study you receive all study-related medical evaluations and monitoring by research professionals and study drug at no cost. Compensation for time and travel is also provided.

The currently available Disease Modifying Treatments (DMTs) for Relapsing Forms of Multiple Sclerosis have been shown to be only partially effective and must be administered by injection. Clinvest, in cooperation with neurologist Kenneth Sharlin M.D, is currently enrolling participants with relapsing forms of MS in a medical research study comparing the safety and tolerability of fingolimod, an FDA approved oral drug for relapsing forms of MS, to DMTs.
Please consider enrolling in this research study if you suffer from relapsing forms of MS and:
- Are between the ages of 18 and 65
- Have been taking Extavia® (interferon β- 1b) or Betaseron®(interferon β- 1b); Avonex® (interferon β- 1a; Rebif® (interferon β- 1a); or Copaxone® (glatiramer acetate) for at least 6 months
- Have never taken fingolimod
If you qualify and choose to participate in this research study, you will receive study drug and all study-related evaluations . Compensation for time and travel may also be provided.
