What does participation involve?

Each study has specific requirements. If you meet those requirements and are interested in enrolling, you will be scheduled for a screening visit. During the screening, you will be given a consent form that explains, in depth, the study that is being undertaken, all procedures, number of visits required, and any risks involved.  We encourage you to take the consent form home to discuss with others prior to your agreeing to participate in the study.

Participation is entirely voluntary. You may withdraw at anytime and be assured that your care will not be affected.

You will receive a modest compensation for your travel and incidental expenses while participating in the study.
