Roger K. Cady, MD
CEO
As a Family Practice physician, Dr Cady founded Headache Care Center in Springfield, MO, in 1995. He fulfilled his vision of sharing knowledge gained from research directly with Primary Care providers when he founded Clinvest and the Primary Care Network in 1997. As an ACCME provider, Primary Care Network (PCN) has educated over 50,000 physicians within 9 years. Investigator-initiated and sponsor-funded research conducted with members of PCN and managed by Clinvest has been disseminated via publication, lectures, and the Internet and frequently served as pilot studies for much larger trials conducted by leading pharmaceutical companies. He is best known in the medical community for his pivotal contributions in the field of headache and migraine management. He is co-recipient of the prestigious Harold Wolff Award in 2000 for his research on the spectrum of primary headache in migraine sufferers. He has authored/co-authored numerous books, chapters, abstracts, and journal articles.

Dennis L. Reeves, PhD
Vice President, Clinvest
Dr. Reeves assumed the responsibilities of Vice President of Clinvest in 2004. A neuropsychologist, he previously served as Commander in the U.S.Navy for 22 years. His final year of active duty was spent as Combat Stress Care Coordinator with the 1st Medical Battalion in Iraq as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom. In addition to overseeing all aspects of clinical research and research management, he has expanded the scope of research to include federally funded grants in the area of behavioral neuroscience, 'Post Traumatic Stress Disorder', and polytrauma. Dr Reeves is widely published and frequently sought as a speaker on PTSD and neuropsychological testing of cognition impairment due to physiological and environmental factors

Debbie Milligan, BS, RN, CCRP
Director, Clinical Research
Debbie Milligan, BS, RN, CCRP has been Director of Clinical Research at Clinvest since 2000.  Her nursing career spans the areas of cardiology, cardio/pulmonary rehab, smoking cessation, occupational health, headache, stress management, osteoporosis, fibromyalgia and Alzheimer’s disease. Debbie has coordinated studies involving headaches of all types, hypertension, herpes simplex II and Alzheimer’s Disease.
Patient education is the common thread among her varied nursing experiences. As part of Clinvest’s community outreach, she has presented migraine and stress management programs to numerous area businesses and organizations as well as being a featured speaker at expos and conferences.
Professional affiliations include: Biokinetics Institutional Review Board, Drug Information Association, and Society of Clinical Research Associates.

Rhonda Cadle, RN, CCRP
Clinical Research Coordinator
Rhonda Cadle RN, CCRP has been a Research Coordinator with Clinvest since 1999.  She has 10 years of research experience. Rhonda has coordinated research studies involving: various types of headaches in both adult and pediatric populations, dyspepsia, fibromyalgia, inflammatory bio-markers, low back pain, depression, and alternative therapies. Solita Massie, LPN, CCRP                                         
Clinical Research Coordinator
Solita Massie, LPN, CCRP has been a Research Coordinator at Clinvest since 2000. Her varied nursing experience includes: emergency medicine, hospice, Alzheimer’s Disease, geriatrics, and complimentary medicine.  Solita has coordinated research studies involving:  asthma, irritable bowel syndrome, hypertension, diabetes, adult and pediatric migraine, cold sores, osteoarthritis, low back pain, and inflammatory bio-markers. Professional Memberships:  Society of Clinical Research Associates.

Jackie Mueller, RN, CCRP
Clinical Research Coordinator
Jackie Mueller RN, CCRP has been a Research Coordinator at Clinvest since 2002. Her nursing background includes the areas of medical, surgical and surgical intensive care. Jackie has coordinated research studies involving various types of headaches in adult and adolescent populations, irritable bowel syndrome, diabetes, hypertension, and osteoarthritis. Professional Memberships: Society of Clinical Research Associates.

Celine Snyder, RN                                         
Clinical Research Coordinator
Celine Snyder RN, has been a Research Coordinator at Clinvest since 2004. Prior to joining Clinvest, Celine enjoyed her many years as a surgical nurse and surgical nurse manager. She has coordinated research studies involving migraine headaches and diabetic hypertension.

Dana Bailey, LPN
Clinical Research Coordinator
Dana Bailey, LPN, is our newest coordinator and joined the Clinvest team in May, 2005. Dana came to us with a broad range of experience ranging from platelet and blood collection at the American Red Cross, pediatric and adolescent psychiatric nursing, and serving as a float nurse for an internal medicine service. Current research projects include menstrual migraine, chronic daily headache, and dyspepsia.

Sarah Thompson, BA
Research Assistant
Sarah Thompson joined the Clinvest team in June 2005 and is serving as our laboratory and regulatory assistant.  Past history includes experience as a phlebotomist and medical historian.
